Tibetan Guozhuang Dance, also known as "Guozhuo", "Gezhuang" and "Zhuo", which means circle song and dance in Tibetan, is one of the three major Tibetan folk dances. It is distributed in Qamdo and Naqu of Tibet, Aba and Ganzi of Sichuan, Diqing of Yunnan, Tibetan inhabited areas of Qinghai and Gansu. In the dance, men and women usually hold hands in a semicircle in each row and form a circle, with one person in the lead. The men and women ask and answer each other, and sing duet repeatedly without musical accompaniment. The whole dance consists of two dances, which are slow and then fast. The basic movements include "shaking across legs", "turning and turning", "squatting across legs", etc. The dancers' arms mainly change their dancing positions by lifting, swinging and shaking, and the formation moves clockwise with large and small circles, and occasionally changes the pattern of "dragon wagging tail".
