Update: GPU ended up just being defective after all that time and work put into getting it stable. Sent it to the manufacturer and they just sent me a knew one and everything work right out of the box. Update video: [ Ссылка ]
Sorry to keep you guys waiting on an update but I have had the issue fixed for awhile now. I posted comments in the previous video about it but people may not have noticed them. The only thing I had to fix my RX 5700 XT issue was Update the Mother Board Bios. Thats it. Sounds too easy though right? Well after 3 months of my computer being left on I can safely say that my computer had been stable since I updated the bios.
