1 cup warm milk (250ml)
1 large egg
1/4 cup sugar (50g)
3 and ¼ cup plain flour (406g)
2 and ¼ tsp instant yeast (7g)
1 tsp salt (5g)
1/4 cup unsalted butter (60g)
1 cup semi sweet chocolate chip (150g)
Eggwash: 1 egg +2 tbsp milk
