STEP 1 - MEASURE & CUT TAPE
- Measure the tape from the upper back to the hairline
- Cut a Y Strip by cutting a strip of tape in half
- Rip the ends of the Y-Strip
STEP 2 - STRETCH THE NECK AND LAY DOWN YOUR STRIPS
- Lay the base of the Y-Strip with 0% stretch between the scapula
- Apply the tail with 0% stretch up the back
- Tilt the neck downwards and to the left
- Apply the right tail of the Y-Strip with 0% stretch
- Repeat for the other side and stretch in the opposite direction
STEP 3 - STRETCH THE TAPE ACROSS THE BASE OF THE NECK
- Slump the head forwards
- Prepare an I Strip and remove the central piece of backing paper.
- Apply the I-Strip with 50% stretch across the neck
- Lay the ends with 0% stretch
- Finish by rubbing the tape to activate the adhesion
