Reb Arthur Waskow's final remarks as Director of The Shalom Center, from the organization's Great "Save-In" Hoshanah Rabbah actifest in Philadelphia. Arthur officially became Prophetic Envoy of the organization he founded and passed the lulav of Directorship to Rabbi Nate DeGroot.
