As part of Pixar Fest, the 10 year old Pixar Play Parade moved from DCA to Disneyland park. With some new additions. The best one being the addition of Kevin. Also, there were 3 new small floats that were added. Plus, Cars was removed for some reason. I was trying to avoid getting hit by water (and failing) which is why the video can get shaky at times.
