This adapter allows you to convert a Harley Keihin CV carburetor or a Mikuni HSR-42 onto a Ironhead Sportster or Shovel Head. The Shovel Head and the Ironhead take the same intake manifold. This conversion works for both. Make sure you get the correct manifold for your bike either O-ring or band style.
