However that doesn't mean you should find a small unproven freight forwarder as their lack of experience and exposure will limit their ability to help you as their network will be too small or unspecialised. Asking about the logistics company to understand their accolades will allow you to make a more informed decision. Also you may have to be prepared to pay more in order for you to raise your importance to your supplier.
