Soya bean/soya chunks fried rice or meal maker fried rice is an easy rice recipe. This is a variation to the usual recipe of fried rice by marinating soya chunks in tikka masala and shallow fried. This adds more flavor to the dish. This fried rice is a quick-fix for lunch or dinner and is rich in proteins and fiber.

Soya Chunks - 250 gm
ginger-garlic paste - 2 tbsp
coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
Chili powder - 1 tsp
pepper powder -1- 1/2 tsp
yogurt - 2 tsp
turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
salt
Canola oil - 4 tbsp
basmati rice - 1 cup rice (boiled)
cabbage - 1 cup
carrot - 1 cup
Beans - 1 cup
Onion - 1 medium chopped
green chili - 4 chopped
garam masala - 1 tsp
soy sauce - 2 tsp
Tomato Ketchup - 2 to 3 tbsp
