INGREDIENTS
1 tbsp rapeseed oil
1 x 2.5cm (1 inch) cinnamon stick
3 cardamom pod – lightly smashed
1 tbsp garlic and ginger paste
1 tbsp ground almonds
1 tbsp coconut flour
1 tbsp sugar (more or less to taste)
Approx. 300ml (1 ¼ cup) base sauce
1 tsp garam masala
300- 400g cooked chicken
50g block coconut
1 tbsp butter
70ml (1/2 cup) single cream
½ tsp rose water
coriander to garnish (optional)
Salt to taste to season
