So, what about Royal London? Royal London offer the full range of products; they offer income protection, mortgage protection, life insurance and serious illness cover.

Let's look at mortgage protection first, because I think they're best in the market on this product.

They offer dual life cover, again, not available at the banks. They offer the conversion option for a lower price than the other insurance companies and they also offer what's known as 'helping hand benefit', which is access to a nurse adviser and counselling in times of bereavement - it's a nice add on. It's kind of a value added benefit that Royal London offer

Life insurance, solid choice too - usually quite well discounted so, if you're price-conscious, they're one to look at.

The serious health cover is in the top three in the market and I like their income protection, too - it pretty much mimics what's out there in the market.

They're quite new, aggressive, yeah, I like Royal London! They're a good choice for any product, especially if you are price conscious.
