Alright if you need more protein and less calories here is a smoothie that will definitely fill you up. Just get some ice 2 scoops of peach mango clear whey protein and a cup of almond milk, mix for 40 seconds, and that is it, literally 190 calories and 40 grams of whey protein for this entire thing and you will not taste anything better.
