Tonight Kenyans are calling for the arrest of national assembly majority leader Aden Duale after an audio surfaced with a voice allegedly belonging to him calling for violence against a certain community. The audio that makes specific reference to the upcoming general election seems to suggest that those from a certain community will not be allowed to register as voters in Garissa .
