Generic method of breeding crops using the Agricraft cropsticks. This was from the modpack MC Eternal v1.5, where the hardcore breeding option is toggled on and thus requires 4 parent seeds to have a higher chance of improving the crop stats. Simply follow what the video does and repeat until the stats of the seed are fully maxed out at 10/10/10. If weeds are disabled like they are in MCE, then the 'strength' stat can safely be ignored, as it has very little impact outside of preventing weeds.
