Indigenous voices have often struggled to be heard in essential public and policy debates in this country. Two initiatives announced in the last month hope to help change that. To discuss them,The Agenda welcomes Shiri Pasternak, research director at the new Yellowhead Institute, Canada's first Indigenous-led think tank, based at Ryerson University; and Susan Dion, associate professor in the Faculty of Education at York University.
