On Tuesday, December 19th, the Land Use, Transportation, and Infrastructure Committee sent to the full City Council the Near Northwest Area Plan, guiding new land use, transportation, and affordable housing projects.
On Wednesday, December 20th, the Safety, Housing, Education and Homelessness Committee sent to the full City Council a pair of bills to change when warming shelters open in cold weather and the removal of shelters in cold weather.
