This is an original Japanese Kawai baby grand piano, model GM10, built in 2003, its size measures exactly five feet from the very front to the back. It's in this really nice mahogany polyester finish.

What's interesting about this piano is this is Kawai's entry level piano. As you can; in a lot of pianos you have these music desks that kind of slide forward, this one does not, this one sits right on top of where the tuner would tune the tuning pins, which is a kind of nice because it kind of brings the music a little closer to you.

Another interesting thing about this is that all of Kawai's entry-level pianos now and even some of their kind of middle line are being made in Indonesia, they're not being made in the Japanese factory anymore. This one is from japan, it is a real Japanese Kawai, and I think you can hear it a lot of times with the Indonesian ones, they sound a bit more muffled; they don't have kind of like that bright, clear, and crisp voice like this Kawai GM10.
