This Android 4.2 Jelly Bean smartphone with a 4.7" IPS HD display sells for just $229 with no contract or carrier requirement. It's unlocked so it will work with any GSM carrier and it has quad band GSM and 2G and 3G HSPA+ 42 Mbps on AT&T's 850/1900MHz bands. The s470 has a 1.2GHz quad core CPU, a gig of RAM and 1.3 gigs of available internal storage. It has a microSD card slot, 2MP front camera, 8MP rear camera, WiFi, Bluetooth 3.0 and a GPS.
