This is a Key Guide for The Dorm Overseer Key on the Map Customs.
This is a new Key that was just added with the integration of the new trader REF.
This key is used in the Fence task Against the Conscience - part 1,
and also for the Ref task decisions, decisions or the counterpart to that being the Fence task Between Two Fires.
