BREAKING NEWS: Controversy erupted at the Jawaharlal Nehru University once again, this time over walls being defaced with anti-Brahmin slogans. Walls of the second and third floors of the school of language and literature and doors of several faculty members have been painted with objectionable slogans.The students’ union of the BJP - the ABVP - alleged that the vandalism was supported by the Left-leaning students and demanded action from the JNU administration against those involved.Students claimed that the walls were vandalised with slogans against the Brahmin and the Baniya communities, photos of which have been shared widely on social media.
