Slow cooked pork knuckles that taste even better when dipped in patis (fish sauce) with calamansi and sili. Warm soup over a heaping pile of rice with meat that literally melts in your mouth. Fantastic!

Tamang tama ang panahon para sa mainit na sabaw! Ito ang recipe para sa LAUYA NI KUYA JAKE:
1-2lbs. Pata ng baboy (Pork knuckles)
4 patatas (potatoes)
1 repolyo (cabbage)
1 sibuyas (onion)
1 bawang (garlic)
2tbsp paminta (peppercorn)
2 knorr pork cubes
3 bay leaves
salt to taste
water to cover pork
