Step:
1) Cut pork lard into cube or strips (Do not cut too small)
2) After finish cutting, put into a frying pan and use water cover it (Do not put too much water and just enough to cover it)
3) High heat reduce the liquid
4) After liquid evaporated, turn to low heat and wait until the pork lard release fat and oil
5) Until crispy and the size of it is small
6) Then is ready to serve with rice and some soy sauce, simple and delicious.
