Palband reusable pallet wraps are designed to remove the need to use single-use plastic pallet shrink
wrap for wrapping pallets when used in a return loop logistics system.
This video demonstrates how quickly and easily the Palband reusable pallet wrap system is to fit and
use.
Instructions are as follows;
The most important first step is to unfold the Palband wrap, find the orange strap and buckle, and
connect these together. This is very important as it makes the whole fitting process extremely easy.
Once you’ve connected the strap, then place this over the top of the pallet load (preferably the
narrower side of the pallet) and pull to around halfway across the load. This can then be adjusted to
make sure the Palband isn’t too low onto the pallet itself as this will get damaged by the forklift
forks.
Next, pull the Palband from each side to the front and secure the top buckle, then secure the rest of
the buckles from top to bottom, pulling them tight in the process.
Once the front buckles are secured, then pull the bottom webbing straps under the pallet, round
behind the corner blocks and up into the buckle attached to the sides of the Palband. Pull these tight
to secure the load to the pallet.
Double check all the webbing straps are pulled tight in each buckle and then your pallet is ready to
be shipped.
Labels and information can be put into the document wallet as required.
