The first Royal Engineers Awards on Wednesday 28th November 2018, was hosted at the Institution of Civil Engineers in London. The event was presented by BBC reporter Mark Edwardson.

The awards are designed to show appreciation to the hard working and talented Sappers that work within the Corps of Royal Engineers.

The 8th award was presented by Mr Andy Sharples, of MACE. Awarded to Sapper Rajan Rana of 36 Engineer Regiment. Awarded to the best tradesmen or woman across all Royal School of Military Engineering Regiment delivered trade courses 2018!
