This dish is often made with just chicken legs!
The finished dish is characterized by: thin elastic-hard dough, slightly burnt dough in places,

Written recipe;
Cut the whole chicken into pieces
Oil the meat
Sprinkle with dried vegetable seasoning
salt and pepper
Let the meat rest for 1 hour
dough preparation; Mix them up
Beat 2 eggs
250 ml yogurt
500 ml water
225g plain flour
125g wholemeal flour
The batter should be thinner than bread batter and thicker than pancake batter
Add more flour if necessary
Grease the pan with oil
a few spoons of sour cream
Heat the pan in the preheated oven to 200°C
distribute the meat
Bake for 30 - 35 minutes at 200°C.
Top with cream if desired,
