In the current NA Meta, there is absolutely nothing wrong with Space Ishtar. She got a huge buff when Oberon came out and is one of the highest damage farmers, if you are popping Castoria NPs for an extra 60% Attack minimum for a unit that already has 60% in their normal farming. Just she has long since been power crept on JP and if I had to choose between Space Ishtar and Summer Ibuki, I would 100% go for Summer Ibuki. But, if you enjoy the character, go for it. A lot of people won't roll for summer Ibuki because they think Raita artwork is unrealistic. It is their opinion.
