I am Liza, from Portugal, and I have 50 years old.
I have been traveling the world for 9 years, had visited more than 550 different places in 45 different countries, in the 5 continents. To travel is my biggest passion.
This channel has the propose to share with you the experiences of my trip, and the wisdom I had the opportunity to learn around the world, specially in India, where I have been learning Yoga and Ayurveda for more than 2 years.
