Ingredients :
3 eggs
A pinch of salt
150g sugar (3/4 cup)
120 ml oil(1/2 cup)
80 ml milk(1/3 cup)
220g flour(1 and 1/2 cup)
8g baking powder
for cream cheese :
200g cottage cheese
1 egg
some vanilla
1tbsp sugar
1tbsp corn starch
some apricot jam or honey (optional)

mold size :24cm
bake at 180 degrees c for 30_35 minutes
