Today I’m at Oasis Apartment. They are currently full they didn’t have any units I could look at. Old management went bankrupt. That’s a RED flag 🚩! Jessie the manager hasn’t met the new owner yet. Doesn’t know if he will allow dogs or not. Will charge $930/mo for a 1BR on a one year lease (that includes utils). It’s $1030/mo for a 2BR. Folks seem friendly over there. Crime might be high kind of seedy. Very close to strip. Right across street from Luxor. Surrounded on all 4 sides by empty lots, a rather odd arrangement. As a result, it’s kind of quiet. Grocery stores nowhere to be found (too close to strip). Airplane noise as it’s right next to airport.
