The United States has recalled its Navy Aircraft carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt from the Middle East. The U.S. had feared that Iran would attack Israel in the aftermath of the assassination of Hamas chief Ismail Haniyeh in Tehran on July 31. Roosevelt and the USS Daniel Inouye are expected to be in the Indo-Pacific command’s region on Thursday, U.S. officials said on condition of anonymity. Watch.
