Nationals Senator Matt Canavan says the Coalition needs the help of the Australian public to shut down the Albanese Labor government’s misinformation bill.
“Everybody watching today can have that influence,” Mr Canavan told Sky News host Rowan Dean.
“It’s been a remarkable reaction on social media to some of the things I’ve been doing and others have been doing on this bill, so we need your help too.
“Don’t just rely on politicians to save you.”
