The majestic ship, VASA, has been one of the saddest and most controversial stories of Sweden. A story of Pride and Fall, Success and Failure - a fascinating tale of how a ship, that should have been the threat of all nations, sank on its very first voyage just a kilometer away from the shore. How could the gentle breeze, that was meant to take her on adventures, could turn her over with the entire crew.
The tragedy fuelled many stories and theories, although the truth, as always, much more dramatic.

We walked around the museum, that today hosts the beautiful warship, Vasa, which is the best preserved 17th century ship in the world, and is so big, they had to build the museum around it. Come with us, and discover the vessel that is absolutely perfect, and yet imperfect!
