PM Modi laid the foundation stone of projects worth around Rs 13,375 crore on February 20. The projects include the inauguration of IITs, IIMs and AIIMS’ in several states and Union Territories. In this series, J&K received a permanent campus of IIM Jammu, an academic complex of IIT Jammu & AIIMS Vijaypur. Meanwhile, an old video of PM Modi’s remarks on educational institutions in J&K has gone viral. The Indian Prime Minister can be seen talking about IIT and IIM in 2013 before coming to power. PM Modi also inaugurated 20 new buildings for Kendriya Vidyalaya, 13 new Navodaya Vidyalayas buildings. He laid the foundation stone of 5 Kendriya Vidyalaya campuses, 1 Navodaya Vidyalaya campus.
