Africa must integrate ICT in all sectors to leap frog development challenges. That was the clarion call made by seven Heads of State attending the Transform Africa 2013 summit made in Rwanda's capital Kigali. The continental ICT Innovation Summit co-hosted by President Paul Kagame and the International Telecommunications Union was graced by President Museveni and six of his counterparts.
