Northbound I-75 at Davison Freeway reopened Friday night after being closed while police investigated a crash caused by a tire that came loose, crossed a median wall, and struck a pickup truck. A 63-year-old Clarkston man was pulled from the pickup truck and transported to a hospital to be treated for critical injuries, according to police. Just before 7 p.m. on Friday police announced that the Clarkston man had died at a hospital.
