The Bosman family is committed to improving social, economic and environmental practices and are part of the biggest Black Economic Empowerment project in the South African wine industry. The estate employs 260 full-time workers many of whom are themselves fifth generation families who have lived and worked on the farm and who now own 26% of the business and farmland.
