Suzanne Scarry, and Dr. James K. Stoller from the the Cleveland Clinic, allowed me to interview them for a micro-documentary contest called 'CONQUERED' for the online creative community "Collective" and their resident professional Kevin Klauber, ACE (editor of two Oscar-winning documentaries: 20 Feet From Stardom and Icarus).


The contest was described as such:


“CONQUERED is a micro-documentary film contest about overcoming an obstacle that others can relate to, like overcoming a fear of public speaking, quitting a job that wasn’t ideal, coming out to your family, or setting and achieving an ambitious goal. You could have overcome this obstacle personally, or choose to share someone else’s story in which they overcame an obstacle.”
