A good test of Winter conditions . Light cloud ,light pollution and very cold . I put a towel over my scope and mount and let the night dew fall . I made a coffee felt the top of a 240 litre rubbish bin put my coffee on that . Wet the dew has fallen setting up the scope the coffee falls off so I check out how ice it slid off stainless steel coffee cup all good just cold . So this shows the Mak 180mm is a good scope even in the bad winter conditions and shows its power in diifficult conditions .
