Together with chefs like Manu, we are reimagining what the future will look like. It is our responsibility to see how everything is connected to do right by the planet and everything in it. We have a chance to change how people think about what belongs on their plate and in their world. By changing the process, not the food, we can build a more equitable, resilient, and diverse food system for all of us.
