Congress MP Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury has declined an invitation to be part of the 8-member committee formed by Centre to examine the 'One Nation, One Election' proposal. "I have no hesitation...in declining to serve on the Committee whose terms of reference have been prepared in a manner to guarantee its conclusions. It is...a total eyewash.," he stated in a letter.
