If you are a parent or guardian who uses the Child Maintenance Service, you can easily manage your case online.

The service is easy to use, safe and secure, and available at any time to suit you.

Once in your Child Maintenance Case account, you can quickly see when you are due to receive, or to make, a payment.

You can report any changes to your contact details, income or other circumstances and keep track of updates without the need to call us.

We send you an email or text message alert when you have a new notification or letter in your account.

And any information we have sent you will be stored in your account, so you can always find it later.

You do not need to register to use the service.

Simply sign-in using:

Your 12 digit customer reference number - this begins with '121' and you can find it on letters we have sent you about your case.

Your National Insurance number - you can find this on your National Insurance card, benefit letters, payslips or on your P60.

And 2 numbers from the 7 digit PIN you created - you chose this number when your case was opened.

Our online webchat can also provide you with support whilst you are using your account.
