The Long Canyon Trail is one of the best ways to access top Trinity Alps scenery, including the Four Lakes Loop. The Long Canyon Trail is used most by backpackers, but it's also an excellent option for day hikers in good shape.

The hike up the Long Canyon Trail ends at Deer Creek Pass (see separate video for the vista).
