Jazz Guitar: The ONE Lick Every Jazz Guitarist Should know
(You are now watching Part 1 of 3)

Here's a short lesson where we take what you *already* know (arpeggios) and make it into a convincing, chord-defining line. A classic example of a Jazz guitar lick.
And here's why you should learn it:
1- It's going to take about a minute
2- It's anchored in stuff you already can play
3- The lick defines PERFECTLY a II-V-I chord progression
:-)
So, instead of simply running arpeggios and scales "up" on chord changes, use this little trick to create the momentum necessary in creating that sense of "motion" (resolution) within a II-V-I progression.
Grab your guitar now! Play along... in a few minutes, you'll have it down.
