The ‘2016 AMRA-WA - Model Rail’ was an event that is held annually in November each year. It was held at AMRA (Australian Model Railway Association) Western Australian Branch club rooms where members of the public were invited to get up close and personal with all the club’s train layouts at only the cost of a “gold coin donation”. All the indoor layouts were ‘Track Powered’ whilst the Outdoor Large Scale layout was powered by ‘Live Steam’. On some layouts the public were invited to run some of the trains. A refreshment Stand and a sausage sizzle was available. All members of the public enjoyed themselves and so did the AMRA members and volunteers. A great day was enjoyed by all.
