Bahan Inti Kentang;-
6 biji kentang
1/2 biji bawang besar
1/2 biji bawang holland
1 inci halia - ditumbuk
5 ulas bawang putih - ditumbuk
2 sudu besar cili kering kisar
2 sudu besar air asam jawa
4 sudu besar serbuk kari - dikacau dengan air
1/2 sudu kecil garam
1 sudu kecil gula
Sedikit serbuk perasa cendawan.
Cara-cara membuat Kulit Karipap -
✓Cairkan 2 sudu besar marjerin bersama 1 mangkuk kecil minyak masak.
✓ Lepas mendidih tutup api.
Bahan Kulit Karipap Pusing :-
Adunan 1*
600gram tepung gandum
1/2 sudu kecil garam
3 sudu minyak dan marjerin suam
Air - masukkan sedikit demi sedikit
Uli adunan 1 hingga tepung tak melekat di tangan.
Adunan 2*
400gram tepung gandum
Minyak dan marjerin suam dimasukkan sedikit demi sedikit.
Uli adunan 2 hingga menjadi doh yang sempurna.
Bulatkan doh Adunan 1 dan doh Adunan 2.
Doh adunan 1 mestilah lebih besar daripada doh adunan 2.
Leperkan doh adunan 1 dan masukkan doh adunan 2 kedalam adunan 1.
Bulat bulatkan dan leper kan hingga ke bentuk bulat melonjong dan gulungkan.
Leperkan memanjang dan gulung lagi dan potong menjadi 2 bahagian.

1/2 large onion
1/2 holland onion
1 inch ginger - crushed
5 cloves of garlic - crushed
2 tablespoons dried chilli powder
2 tbsp of brine
4 tablespoons curry powder - stir with water
1/2 tsp salt
1 teaspoon sugar
A little mushroom powder.
Preparation for pastry puff -
✓ Melt 2 tablespoons margarine with 1 small bowl of cooking oil.
✓ After boiling and closing the fire.
Ingredients for Dough 1 *
600 grams of wheat flour
1/2 tsp salt
3 tablespoons oil and warm margarine
Water - add in little by littlle
Apply batter 1 to flour without sticking to hand.
Ingredients for Dough 2 *
400 grams of wheat flour
Warm oil and margarine are added gradually.
Turn 2 batter into a perfect dough.
Round dough 1 and dough 2.
Dough 1 must be larger than the dough 2.
Stir the dough mixture 1 and add the dough 2 into the dough 1.
Round and flatten right to rounded shape and roll.
Tighten and roll again and cut into 2 pieces.
