Why this act matter so much
I hope you must know about the OBC Act 2021, Yes this is the same act called the Constitution 105th Amendment Act 2021
This act was passed by throwing 102nd Amendment NCBC- National Congress and Backward classes, a backward class community list maintained by the president and central govt.
We also discussed the 2019, Maharashtra govt case in which the Maharastra govt gave 16% reservation to the Maratha community for the NCBC list- Rejected by Supreme Court.
