Christmas is a time for wonder and amazement for everyone, especially children. See the State Library transformed into the traditional children's Christmas story, 'The Nutcracker'.
Through brightly coloured animations, the story begins with the search for the grandest tree in the land, which is beautifully decorated with Christmas baubles. Nutcracker soldiers appear as a marching band and finally a dream sequence takes viewers to the Kingdom of Sweets to meet the Sugar Plum Fairy, the Queen of this magical land.
The Christmas projections offer a entertaining and engaging night out for the whole family.
