Purgatory, CO 3/14/20
2020 Solo Snowboard Trip - Mountain #83

Got a powday at Purgatory. The terrain was good, even if I found a lot of it to be skier friendly. Or at least the area where I have to do to get to the steeps/trees.
Met a couple of rad skier guys that were nice enough to let me tag along for some runs and show me around. 😊

Then drove back to Silverton and hiked their little town ski area, Kendall.
This was where I did some news research and discovered that all the ski areas were officially being shut down due to Covid. I would go home the next morning after being forced to cut my vacation several mountains short 😡

Oh well. I'm sure I'll be back down again sometime!
Hopefully to finish up all the Coloraro Ski Areas! Only a few left now.

Officially done with snowboarding for the 19/20 season.
Snowboarded 34 new mountains this season alone(Colorado, Wyoming, and Utah) bring my new total to 84 mountains done!
