Using the CNC to surface small boards is a great asset to the CNC; however, constantly programming one off toolpaths can be a pain. To solve this I create a series of common sizes so that I have all the tool paths on hand I need.
It was programmed with Vectric Vcarve Desktop and ran on the Onefinity CNC using Whiteside spoilboard cutter. But the same concept works on Carbide create. It just takes a little more work to set up the raster style toolpaths.
