François Hollande has declared the Paris Climate Agreement "irreversible" both in law and as a matter of conscience, this in response to concerns that Donald Trump could renege on the accord. The French president made his remarks from Marrakech where he is attending the COP22 summit, which intends to carry forward the objectives of the COP21 Paris Climate Summit last year.
